Duties: PC Support Level 3 (2002-2003) - Supported individual PCs and servers for both hardware and software functionality. Included some network administration for purposes of connectivity and management.  Also advised (and then implemented if approved) various software/hardware solutions.

Duties: PC Support Level 1 (2001-2002) - administration and support of PCs and servers as well as network and backup solutions for small office of approximately 300 users.

Duties: Consultant - Westport, CT - Performed variety of troubleshooting tasks. Also handled necessary research and upgrades to bring clients up to date to comply with Y2K standards.



Duties: Operations Branch Manager - Danbury, CT (1997-1999) – Day-to-day operations of an automotive parts distribution warehouse, including customer service, accounts receivable, accounts payable, shipping and receiving, purchasing, sales, delivery and distribution.  Also included the hiring, supervision, and training of approximately seven employees.

Duties: Head Counterman - Bridgeport, CT (1995-1997) Joined ISW in its birth and entered into a warehouse producing approximately $150k in sales per month.  Performed job by telemarketing, phone sales, managing seven phone lines, control of inventory, and training of counter staff.
